By accessing or using the Mediata platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Mediata provides AI-powered audio and video transcription, speaker identification, and analysis tools. The Service includes web, desktop, and API access as made available.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Mediata, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Mediata. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service (transcription, analysis, storage).

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the content you submit. Do not upload content that violates the rights of others or applicable law.

You agree not to use the Service to: upload illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, interfere with other users, or use automated systems to abuse the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by Mediata. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Mediata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
